I had a genuinely wonderful shopping experience with Sunglass Hut, Express Avenue Mall, all thanks to Mr. Senthil Kumar. I recently purchased the Gen 3 Meta Ray-Ban Wayfarer, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. I booked the product over a phone call with Mr. Senthil Kumar, who patiently assisted me throughout the process and arranged a secure online payment link. Despite completing the purchase remotely, everything was handled with complete professionalism and transparency. He even arranged complimentary doorstep delivery through Porter, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. What impressed me most was his customer-first attitude, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth buying experience. It’s rare to come across such genuine and dedicated customer service. A big thank you to Mr. Senthil Kumar for making this purchase so convenient. Highly recommended! If you’re visiting Sunglass Hut at Express Avenue Mall, do ask for Mr. Senthil Kumar. Excellent service!
